Depending on your guest list, you may want to offer a variety of choices.  

When you're dealing with crowds, cupcakes give you the ability to satisfy all palates - those with food allergies, picky children and adults with chocolate addictions.  Cupcakes are easier to serve and rarely are there leftovers. While, with cake, you get one flavor and a lot less interest.  My most popular wedding orders are a small cutting cake with a large variety of colorful cupcakes - tradition with a twist.

*  Real butter is always used and as much local and organic as I can get my hands on.

• chocolate chocolate - exactly what it sounds like - chocolate cake with chocolatey frosting

• banana pancake -  banana cake topped with a maple buttercream

• lemon - lemon cake with vanilla and fresh lemon zest buttercream

Filled cupcakes - $3.25 each / $39. per dozen (one dozen per flavor please)

• fancy pants, jane - vanilla cake stuffed with fresh cream and topped with vanilla icing and rainbow sprinkles

• death by cupcake - rich chocolate cake filled with creamy chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate icing

• key lime pie - yellow cake filled with key lime curd topped with fluffy vanilla icing and graham cracker crumbs

• english lemon - vanilla cake filled with homemade lemon curd and topped with vanilla buttercream

• campfire smores - yellow cake filled with creamy chocolate, marshmallow cream and topped with chocolate icing

• the pip - vanilla cake filled with oreos and fresh cream - topped with vanilla buttercream and crushed oreos

• blueberry pancake - blueberries baked into vanilla cake topped with maple buttercream

• PB&J - white cake filled with strawberry preserves and topped with a peanut butter frosting

• peanut butter cup - chocolate cake filled with peanut butter cream and topped with chocolate icing

• apple pie - cinnamon cake filled with spiced, buttery apples - topped with vanilla nutmeg buttercream

• peaches and cream - peaches baked into yellow cake, stuffed with fresh cream and topped with vanilla icing

• strawberry shortcake - vanilla cake stuffed with strawberries and cream - topped with vanilla buttercream

• boston cream - yellow cake filled with homemade pastry cream and topped with chocolate ganache

• chocolate salted caramel - chocolate cake filled with homemade caramel - topped with chocolate buttercream

• cafe con leche - vanilla cake filled with fresh cream and topped with a mocha buttercream
